CREATOR PARTNERSHIP EXEC
ABOUT FAIRY INC
Fairy Inc is a cultural positioning group. We help global brands earn their place with the audiences they want to reach, through strategy, content and creators. We find the alchemy between what a brand needs to say and what its audience wants to hear, reading the signals, codes and unwritten rules of culture to find the truths that scale.
We do it through two agencies. The Digital Fairy works in beauty, fashion and lifestyle with brands including Coach, Charlotte Tilbury, and On Running. PACER does the same in gender-expansive sport globally, with brands, athletes and rights-holders. This role works across both agencies.
THE ROLE x YOU
We're building a shared creator partnerships function across both agencies, and you'll sit at the heart of it, supporting the Creator Partnership Manager in each team and keeping the machine running and deals moving.
Your role will be supporting administratively, communicating and contracting. You'll be in the brainstorms, contributing to castings and building slides for pitches, learning from two experienced managers and an Associate Director who will invest in your development. For the right person this is progressive step into owning your own accounts. You'll work across both agencies and the split will flex with what's busy. Some months that's mostly lifestyle and creators, some months it's mostly sport and athletes, you'll get exposure to both.
